1. Before your arrival:
   1) We will collect all your medical documentation: discharge papers, diagnoses, conducted examinations. These documents will be given to the thermal doctor to fully understand your health condition.
   
   2) Appointment booking with the doctor: We will reserve a convenient time for your consultation with the specialist doctor to avoid queues and unnecessary waiting.
   
   3) Appointment booking for thermal treatment sessions Access to thermal treatments will be without waiting or time loss. Your day will be perfectly organized so you can spend your free time exploring the beauty of the area or simply relaxing.
   


2. On your arrival day:
   1) Meeting at the hotel with a personal assistant: The meeting will be arranged according to your arrival time so you feel at home from the very first moment.
   Our staff speaks English. Russian-speaking interpreter assistance is available upon request.
   
   
3. Every day of your stay:
   1) We take care of everything to make each day perfect—from morning till evening.
